Sandra Bullock and her motorcyclist husband Jesse James won’t be spending Christmas with Jesse’s daughter, Sunny, after the five-year-old’s mother, porn star and former jailbird Janine Lindemulder, was granted custody for the holiday.

A witness at the court hearing reports, “Jesse sat quietly in court and let his lawyer do the talking, while his ex represented herself. She was told she could pick up Sunny at 4pm on Christmas Eve and return her by 6pm the next day.”

Janine says, “I’m so excited about Christmas. I can’t believe it. Thank God.” However, her husband, two-time felon Jeremy Aikman, will not be allowed to be present.

Sandra has been helping to raise Sunny since January, when Janine was imprisoned for tax evasion. Since her release, Janine has battled for custody amid claims she’s an unfit mother due to her imprisonment and the fact that she runs an internet porn business. Sandra did not attend the hearing.
