Buy a quality bottle
Shout yourself a smart glass carafe and matching cup to sit on your desk at work, or a stylish, coloured water bottle if you prefer to sip on the go. This way you’ll have a regular reminder to down more H2O, and you’ll feel more inspired to use it .
Get infusing
If you’re bored by the taste of plain water, add some sliced fruit or fresh herbs to make it a bit more fun and exciting.
Drink before meals
And we don’t mean alcohol – getting into the habit of drinking a glass of water before a meal not only boosts hydration, it can also help regulate your appetite and keep you from overeating.
Match one for one
For every glass of wine or cup of coffee you drink, follow it up with a glass of water. Balancing out dehydrators with H2O will do both your body and brain a world of good.
