Iranian-born Gilda is infamous for being the queen of Auckland’s social scene, after moving here at only 16 to further her education and study architecture.
Formerly married to property tycoon James Kirkpatrick, she lives in the ‘wedding cake house’ on Auckland’s Paritai Drive with her partner and two sons.
Last year Gilda made her debut as a children’s book author with an educational series of sci-fi comic-style books.
Her star sign is Cancer and she does kickboxing to keep fit.
Known as the “Princess of Paritai”, she drives a Range Rover and a Rolls Royce.
Her most hated household chore is “all of them.”
