And now ‘The Body,’ who has been a model for three decades, has revealed what she swears by to keep her looking so good.
The answer? It’s remarkably simple.
For breakfast, Elle says she’ll have fruit, chia seed pudding, oatmeal or an egg on spelt toast, topped off with an espresso and almond cookies.
Lunch means fish and vegetables followed by a snack of a protein shake or lemonade with fruit and almonds.
By dinner time, Elle is chowing down on a plant based protein salad, with goat’s cheese or fish, followed by dark chocolate for dessert.
Water is also an essential part of the model’s diet, with Elle saying she swears by three litres spaced throughout the day.
But despite her super healthy lifestyle, Elle says a few years ago she had to readjust because her body’s PH balance was off.
“Ultimately, I’ve learned that an alkaline body and pH-neutral body is a healthier body,’ she explains. “Many people believe that it combats disease, encourages cellular renewal and therefore is anti-aging.”
Elle now swears by a mix of super greens, Chinese herbs, enzymes and mushrooms to help keep her in balance – which she takes through a Super Elixir she created with her company WelleCo.
